  • How do I stop the billing at a site that I no longer occupy?

    If you have recently vacated a property please complete our online form to let us know. It’s important you let us know as soon as possible so we can stop billing for water and wastewater.

  • I have a query, how do I get it resolved?

    If you have a query you can submit a request online 24/7 if you have an online account. If you don’t have an online account you can email or phone us. If you need to report a water or wastewater incident please contact us.

  • How do I update my address details?

    You can update your billing address online if you have an online account. If you don’t have an online account you can email or phone us.

  • My property is no longer a business premise, what do I do?

    If your property is no longer a business premise all you will need to do is contact us and we’ll do the rest.

  • How do I apply for an allowance for my water or sewerage services?

    If you would like to apply for an allowance, please login to your online account and complete the relevant form. You may need to do this if there has been a burst, your supply has been used for fire fighting, or you want to change an existing allowance. If you do not have access to your online account you can download the form too.
