Our policy on working with external partners.

From time to time we contact our customers to offer them new services which may be of interest to them, ask them how we are doing as their retailer and how we can improve, or simply thank them for their business.

We occasionally partner with carefully selected professional telemarketing or market research agencies to make these calls on our behalf. We work closely with our agency partners and provide training to ensure they provide an excellent quality of service.

Every agency we work with fully complies with the following regulations and policies:

  • Data Protection Act 1998
  • Market Research Society Code of Conduct (market research agencies)
  • Our Privacy Policy.

Our partners are monitored on a regular basis – all calls are recorded for monitoring and evaluation purposes – which helps ensure the highest quality of calls.

  • WaterMelon, a professional research company who text or email on our behalf to measure our customers’ satisfaction.

What if I don’t want to be called or have other questions/comments?

We are committed to communicating with our customer in the ways that they prefer and respecting their wishes.

Whether you’re contacted by one of our employees or by an agency, they will note if you don’t wish to be contacted again in the future. Or if you’re is too busy to talk, the caller will end the call or arrange a more convenient time to call back.

We will not call customers registered with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) unless they have specifically consented to receiving our calls.
