If you need a copy of your bill the quickest way to get one is to log into your online account. Alternatively contact us and we’ll arrange for one to be sent to you.

How do I find out what my account balance is?

You can find out what your account balance is 24/7 by logging into your online account. Alternatively you can contact us.

What formats can I receive my bill?

Your bill is available in a variety of formats to suit your needs including electronic, consolidated and paper formats.

What do I do if I am struggling to pay my bill?

Which businesses qualify for help with their water and waste water bills?

If your business is a registered charity or Community Amateur Sports Club (CASCs) you may qualify for help with your bills. Please contact us to find out more. Further information can also be found on the Scottish Government website.

Can I sign up for eBilling?
