From consolidated billing to ways to pay your bill, we make it easy for you to manage your bills and payments.
Several ways to pay
When you get your bill, we want to make paying it as easy as possible. Just choose the way to pay that works for you.
E-billing is a great way to get your bill information, with benefits for you, us and the environment. It’s easy to get started, just register here.
Here’s how e-billing could benefit you:
- Saving you time – you can view your bill as soon it is produced rather than waiting for it to arrive in the post. Paperless billing is better for the environment and will help us reduce our carbon footprint.
- Saving you money – you can view your consumption data for your last six bills, helping you to understand consumption and benchmark performance. This kind of information may help you identify where savings can be made.
- Helping you work more efficiently – you can view your previous bills as soon as you sign up. Up to ten users can register to view an account, so anyone who needs access can get it. Once you’ve registered you’ll be able to access your account from anywhere at any time, as long as you have an internet connection. It’s quicker, easier and more secure.
Please note, that you will stop receiving paper bills as soon as you sign up for e-billing. Each person who usually views your bills must sign up for an account, to ensure they continue to have access to your bill information. So you can get yourself up and running on the system as quickly as possible, here’s a short guide.
We understand it’s not easy to keep on top of your bills especially if you have multiple sites. With our consolidated billing option, you can view all your charges on a single bill.
We’ve created the ‘your bill explained‘ section of our website to help you understand the different parts of your bill. If you are still unsure about some sections of your bill or would like to query your charges, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
