We’ll send you an information pack and an application form. Once you’ve completed the form and sent it back to us, we will be in contact to review and process your application.
We’ll then guide you through the next steps and let you know what to expect until you receive your first consolidated bill.
How long does it take?
Depending on how quickly you can return the information required in the application form, setting up your account to consolidated billing can often be done in time for your next bill.
We will keep you informed on progress, and for more complex account set ups, which may take longer, we will work with you to ensure that we have all of the information required to be able to set up your consolidated bill as quickly as possible.
