Future Manyumba, Senior Consultant Engineer

Future is passionate about adding value to customers by offering holistic solutions to onsite problems such as water supply, storage, usage and effluent treatment. He has a whole host of skills in areas such as anaerobic digestion, design of water and wastewater processes, and operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants. Future’s experience is backed up by a PhD in Biological Nutrient Removal (wastewater treatment) from Leeds University.

Hedley Skelton, Senior Consultant Engineer

Hedley is responsible for conceiving and overseeing the delivery of technical projects that reduce customers’ operational costs, such as water and trade effluent charges, whilst maintaining an innovative and cost-effective focus. Hedley comes from an R&D and innovation background but also has many years of ‘hands on’ and project management experience. Hedley has a PhD from the Institute of Biotechnology at the University of Cambridge.

Henry Tam, Consultant Engineer

Henry has over 25 years’ experience in the water industry. He spent his early career as a professional engineer, leading a multi-disciplinary team that was responsible for the design, procurement and commissioning of a variety of water and wastewater works and pumping station projects. He later moved into asset management, working on a range of asset analysis and investment decision tools that helped to support the delivery of asset management plans.

Greg Bibby, Consultant Engineer

Greg has a wealth of experience gained while working in many different aspects of civil engineering, over the course of 40 years, initially in structural design, military construction roles, design office management and finally in the water industry. He also has many years experience in construction project management, working on schemes running from a few thousand points value, to those for over £15 million, as well as working in Africa and the Middle East.
