Trust us to fit wireless smart metering devices around your site, which will take automatic readings as often as every 15 minutes. You can then use our innovative consumption management system to analyse your usage data quickly and easily to identify any unexpected usage, sudden peaks or gradual increases in consumption.

MeterTailored settings

You can even specify bespoke alarm levels, giving you a range of instant alerts tailored to your needs and based on defined parameters, such as high and low flow, high volumetric usage and potential You can also set up automatic texts or emails to alert staff or engineers on site to an issue. Those insights will give you an early warning of any underlying issues, such as leaks, inefficient practices or faulty equipment, so that you can tackle them before they become a problem.

We’ll even help you find out whether your existing water meter is compatible with a smart metering device. And if it isn’t, we’ll co-ordinate the necessary enabling works for you so that you can start using your data as soon as possible.

We’ll discuss any costs of enabling works – such as a meter chamber enlargement or meter exchange – before any work begins on these improvements so that you’re always able to make informed decisions.
